1. Shipping Policy :

FREE Delivery : All purchases that amount to $120 or more are eligible for FREE delivery. Customers who reach this minimum purchase threshold will not be charged any delivery fees for their orders.

Flat Rate Delivery Fee : For purchases under $120, a flat rate delivery fee of $7.50 per order applies. Customers who do not meet the minimum purchase requirement will be charged this fixed delivery fee for their any delivery fees for their orders.

Delivery Time : The delivery time will be calculated from the date when the customer's order is dispatched. It's important to note that the company will provide tracking information, allowing customers to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of their packages.

P.O. Box Deliveries : Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes in New Zealand. Customers should provide a valid physical address for their orders to ensure successful delivery.

2. Defective Items :

Customer Service Review : If a customer receives a defective item, they should contact the customer service team with details of the issue. The customer service team will carefully review the problem and work to provide the best possible solution for the customer.

3. Returning Online Orders :

Return Address : To return an online order, customers need to courier the items to the provided return address, which is 347A Botanical Road, West End, Palmerston North, New Zealand. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to the specified address.

Courier Charges : The company will not refund the courier charges for returning the items unless the product is confirmed to be faulty. If the item is found to be defective or different from the one ordered, the courier charges will be covered by the company.
